Welcome to the Design Request Submission Form. Use this form to send us special design requests or a suggest another vintage logo which we should add to our inventory. Your use of this form is conditioned upon your reading and agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

A representative from World Football Designs will be in touch with you regarding this request. In the mean time, please prepare an image free of watermarks and malicious code that portrays the design you wish to have digitized by one of our employees. This does not mean that, upon evaluation, your request will get handled nor does it imply that we have agreed to fulfill this request. We only guarantee that we will evaluate your request and determine whether we can meet your requirements.

Terms of Use
You agree that any feature information, ideas, or other submission you provide to World Football (Soccer) Book below ("Idea"), is or will be under and subject to the conditions set forth herein. You represent and affirm that you have read and understand these terms. You represent and affirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You agree that by submitting your Idea, you acknowledge and agree that any such Idea is nonconfidential, and that World Football (Soccer) Book has no obligation to return anything submitted, respond to, or confirm receipt of your Idea. You warrant that no other person or corporation has a property interest in the submitted Idea. You understand and acknowledge that World Football (Soccer) Book may itself be developing and creating similar Ideas, and/or that World Football (Soccer) Book may have received or may someday receive similar Ideas from others, and that existing or planned products and services independently developed without use of your Idea may contain Ideas or concepts similar or identical to those you submit. You acknowledge and agree that your submission shall not preclude World Football (Soccer) Book from developing or acquiring such Ideas without obligation to you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, World Football (Soccer) Book shall be free to use any Idea that you submit on a perpetual, royalty-free basis, for any purpose whatsoever, including use, modification, display, and distribution, and/or in the development, manufacture, marketing, and maintenance of World Football (Soccer) Book services without any obligation to you.
