Tevez tells Chelsea’s Terry: You Wouldn't Have Survived

Manchester City strike-ace Carlos Tevez has launched an amazing attack on Chelsea captain John Terry. Tevez says if someone in his homeland had an alleged affair with a team-mate's girlfriend, like Terry did with Wayne Bridge, they "would not survive".
Tevez, who hails from the notorious Fuerte Apache suburb of Buenos Aires, told The Sun: "It's complicated to say something about what Terry did to Bridge.
"I don't think you can do that with the wife of another player.
"It's wrong. In my opinion, Terry has no moral code for what he did to Bridge. In my neighbourhood if you do that, you lose your legs, or more - you don't survive."

I'm really starting to like this Tevez character. If you've ever heard Tim Vickery talk about his interviews with Tevez and what motivates him you get a serious appreciation for him. Paraphrasing, Tevez has gone on the record to explain that all the crap he's taken and the abuse from the fans is nothing compared to what he went through to reach the top flight. Clearly, this is a guy who looks at the Terry situation like it's a joke. |

It still hurts my heart that Carlito is managed by such a ruthless bastard in Kia Joorbicham. I will never waver from my belief that Carlito is the Manny Ramirez of football- a completely insane individual (in a good way) who is influenced by one of Satan's son. With Mannywood, it's Scott Boras. With Carlito, it's Kia. But anyways, I think what Carlito is really trying to say is this: If we were back in the slums were I grew up, the entire gang would publicly sodomize JT and then drag him by his bollocks down Aveneida Simon Bolivar. sorry gotta say that tevez is right here. don't know the context in which the press got this out of him and knowing the notoriously slimy english press it was twisted. still what the tevez said was true. someone who while drunk said rude and tastless things to americans in an airport after 9-11 and pisses in a cup on the dancefloor in a club does NOT deserve the captain's armband of a proud footballing nation like the three lions. | |
